  2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information entered into the system before submission.
  3. No Legal Advice: ObjectNow does not provide legal representation or legal advice. The generated letters are based on pre-approved templates provided by campaign groups.
  4. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws in the United Kingdom and Scotland, including regulations regarding objection submissions.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

1. ObjectNow follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in handling personal data.

2. Temporary Data Storage:

    The following information is collected only for generating and submitting the objection letter and is deleted immediately after submission:

  1. Title and Full Name
  2. Address
  3. Email Address
  4. Personal Comments (if provided)

3. Data Retention for Analysis:

  1. Postcode data is retained by the campaign group to help assess regional engagement.

4. Data Retention for Security:

  1. IP addresses and browser types are stored to prevent fraudulent activity and for compliance with UK law enforcement requirements.

5. No Cookies: ObjectNow does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

3. Limitation of Liability

  1. ObjectNow is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of objection letters generated by the service.
  2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal action resulting from the submission of an objection.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  1. Use ObjectNow for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activities.
  2. Submit objection letters using false or misleading information.
  3. Interfere with the system or attempt unauthorised access to ObjectNow.
  4. Engage in abusive, offensive, or illegal behaviour using the platform.
